CBI row: Congress holds massive protests across the country

In a massive protest, Congress workers took to streets over the ongoing Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) row. The protest took place in Delhi, Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Patna (Bihar), Bengaluru, Chandigarh and Mumbai outside CBI offices. Congress President, Rahul Gandhi lead the protest march to CBI HQs in New Delhi. The protest march was against the removal of CBI chief Alok Verma. The Congress, which marched from Dayal Singh College on Lodhi Road to the CBI headquarters about a kilometre away, has termed the move against Verma "illegal and unconstitutional".
