She is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals in health, wellness, and living a pain-free life, and she excels at listening to her clients, crafting a plan, and moving towards long-term health goals. As an ex-gymnast, martial artist, and marathon runner, Allison has advanced training in flexibility, muscular balance, and body awareness. One of the things her clients enjoy most is that she teaches her clients relevant self-care tips that are doable in the office, at home, or traveling. In 2018, Allison completed her level 2 training for craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute, and she passed the NCBTMB exam for her advanced massage therapy licensure. She has her Bachelors of Arts in English from Wheaton College, and she graduated from Schoolcraft College's specialized program for clinical and therapeutic massage.
